Eugenia began her real estate career after the real estate shift in 1989 while starting a young family. She persevered and aside from being a consistent award winner with a large competitor she also managed a successful real estate office. Eugenia loves to read and understands its importance and organized a Book Sale for KEYS to inclusion, a non profit for intellectually challenged young adults.

Brian & Eugenia raised three children in the Swansea/Bloor West area. You may see Brian around town with his motorcycle or perhaps driving with the family dog in the front passenger seat. His love of travel and food started in his youth traveling the world with his father and continues today with South America & South East Asia being the two most recent destinations.

Anu works with people with disabilities and empowers them to integrate into the community and have a meaningful life. She is an advocate with a strong understanding of accessible housing. A passion for architecture and interior design lead Anu into becoming a real estate sales representative. Anu enjoys portrait painting and watching soccer.

Armando comes to real estate from very skilled and eclectic backgrounds including auto mechanics, general contracting, management, and technology. He brings his wealth of knowledge to every real estate transaction assuring his clients a wide breadth of expertise. Coaching hockey and lacrosse along with enjoying cottage life in the summer keeps him involved and active.

Office Greeter
Chewy is a 5-year-old Goldendoodle and there is no doubt what she brings to the office is indispensable. As a part-time member of the team, she can often be seen in her office vest greeting new customers or clients as they step through the door. She is licensed, although not with RECO so we pay her with her preferred currency; a bottomless jar of treats for a job well done.
